Congrats to Matt and team for creating Vital, an incredibly helpful app. As a twice a day, meditator, I was unsure about putting my time and money into an app, but vital has totally impressed me. It offers a ton of meditation options I never had before, thanks to it's AI that customizes my sessions. Plus the app is super useful, user-friendly and well designed. I absolutely love VITAL! I couldn’t live without it. I use it every day and often several times per day.
