Congratulations Team Vityl on your successful launch on Producthunt! Your innovative blend of culture coaching, recognition and performance management is absolutely refreshing. It might be an interesting feature if added AI suggestions for potential improvements personalized for each team member based on their interaction within the platform. It would further enhance Vityl's goal of promoting a thriving environment. Great work!

I consider myself to be a very culturally inclined man! What is the strategy of the app? Is it to have align remote teams across a single "culture" in terms of work ethics and principles or what's going on here?

Congrats on the launch! I believe this addresses a meaningful problem in companies nowadays, that the culture is loosely shared between an employee (sadly, many companies even don't care about culture), which leads to negative impacts on their stability and grow overtime. The product is backed by research and expertise in the HR field, I would not argue that, but if you allow, I would suggest some personal feedback on the product side: + The UX is neat and cleanly designed, but is still some sort of "not-so-attractive", with a lot of charts, leaderboard,.... The culture itself is "boring" stuff, especially in companies that doing it wrong (your target customer I guess), so may be we need a kind of UX that attractive enough to keep people engaged and stick to it for first time, so it can increase the chance for them to use it more and be able to touch the culture value. + In my personal experience, the company culture is the core value of the company's service or product that is committed to serving the customers, the why, or the motivation that drives the company from day one. But again, these are really hard to share and be understood, but once get understood, it creates a super strong team. I don't know if your platform offer a way to help emphasize and effectively spread these points, if so, it is great! It is a problem worth solving and great effort is put into it. Thanks for sharing this and keep up the great work! :)
