This release brings a redesigned user interface with floating tabs and sleek new icons. We're also introducing a new flagship feature, Dashboard. A fully customizable control center housing your Mail, Calendar, Notes, Tasks, and Feed Reader.
The new Vivaldi 7.0 looks super promising with that clean floating tab design! Really digging how they've turned the Dashboard into this all-in-one command center - it's like having your digital life on speed dial. Curious to see how it performs in daily use, especially with the real-time sync feature. Might be time to finally make the switch from Chrome, especially considering the privacy angle they're pushing. 🤔

Huge congrats to the Vivaldi team on the sleek new 7.0 launch! Loving the minimalist vibes with the floating tabs and fresh icons. Dashboard sounds like a productivity powerhouse - can you tell me, are there plans to integrate third-party services (e.g. Google Calendar, Outlook Mail) into the Dashboard, or is it primarily for Vivaldi's native apps for now?

I really like the direction this browser is headed. It appears to be a fantastic tool for boosting productivity and efficiency.

What made me leave Vivaldi a few years ago, was that it was slow and one couldn't customize the size of vertical tabs. Has any work been done on performance and true customizability of vertical tabs? Happy to give Vivaldi another shot. 😃
