I really like the AI Command Center idea! All the automation and data insights sound super useful for orgs that struggle with knowledge silos. The privacy features are solid too. Just curious tho, can the Voice Agents really handle phone calls as well as human agents? Excited to see where WorkBot goes!

WorkBot’s concept of centralized knowledge management and automation is fantastic. @qudsia_ali However, one area for improvement could be integrating customizable dashboards for users. This could allow teams to visualize critical metrics and workflows more efficiently. Do you have plans to introduce something like this in future updates?
