This sounds like a great way to encourage people to work out without having to go to the gym. Are there different levels of difficulty available in the app for beginners, intermediate, and advanced users? Congrats on the launch! 🥳

Being 1 year into my fitness journey and having lost a good amount of weight, doing general exercises- I was looking at a solution that will help with hypertrophy and personalization. This looks super cool !

I'm definitely using this for my weight training. I love how we can pick a muscle and get excises for it. This is so much better than getting confused with lots of youtube videos. @vincent_will Thanks for making this. I'll be sharing this with my friends.

Wow, this is really good, and really well thoughtout. Typically, when I try to decide a workout, I have to switch between multiple videos, blog posts, etc. to get the information I want. While doing it on workout.lol, I got everything done in 5 mins, without even moving tabs. And that's even down to getting the videos of the exercises! Love it!

This is great. I like how the muscles can selected on the image. If someone has to be build quiz by selecting a part from the image, how should one go about it? I'm building a quiz tool. Looking to learn.
