Zest looks like such a fascinating tool for your health. I am a big fan of WHOOP, a fitness tracker, and I used to be a big fan of Viome, a gut microbiome test that also estimated your biological age. However, delivering to Australia required significant costs, so we stopped using the product. As a question, how expensive is using this product? What is the science underpinning the project? How is AI used to support this project?
