Congrats on the launch @alexander_qureos + @uzair_ahmed31 + @saqib_sarwar and the rest of the team!! Really great initiative and having worked in the recruitment space for a long time I can't tell you how many horrible resumes I've seen. With respect to individuality / uniqueness (lets say for graphic designers) who want to customize large portions of the design but not worry too much about the copy - is that feasible on the platform as well?
