It seems to be a useful app, but, if you don't mind, I have a suggestion - I was happy to see that there is a video demo I can watch to see what the product is about quickly, but the video shows only how to configure the avatar not even mentioning where and how it can be used. I'm guessing I can add those avatars to my site to help customers but it was not mentioned and demoed.

Hey there! Just came across the Rapport Self-Service project and I've got to tell you, this thing is like sipping on a futuristic lemonade. Essentials are all right there - creating, animating, and deploying a Virtual Interactive Personality (VIP) - talk about an all-in-one deal, eh? In these times, who wouldn't want to have their personal Jarvis? Or a less grumpy version of HAL 9000? The chalkboard seems the limit for potential use-cases here. From virtual assistants to customer service reps, the possibilities are staggeringly a-okay. Might test this out on a boring day, see if I can create an AI that reminds me where I left my car keys. Hah, cheers to not getting locked out anymore! (Unless the AI decides to play a trick on me, remember HAL? ) Great project, guys! Keep 'em coming!

Wow, interesting! Clone voices and synchronize lip movements is so amazing. When present demo, you can completely use virtual characters if you don't want to show up on camera. The future is promising!
